What is the Matchgame?
In the Matchgame you see the profiles based on the preferences. You can set or change these preferences on the My Profile page. In the Matchgame you can like (or dislike) these profiles. If a profile you liked, likes you back, you are a Match. When this happens, you'll receive a notification. The matching profile is also displayed on the Matched page.
I forgot my username / password, what should I do?

How do I change my password?
To change your password, follow these steps:

I can't upload a photo
A photo must be at least 300 by 300 pixels and can't be larger than 20 MB. If you are still facing difficulties please contact us to assist you.
How long will it take for my photo to show?
All photos will be reviewed within 24 hours.
